The candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent HR operations, including attendance management, payroll coordination, compliance support, and overall workforce administration for the Panjim location. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition- Manage full-cycle recruitment for ITI Electricians and other technical roles.- Source, screen, and interview candidates as per project requirements.- Collaborate with project managers for manpower planning and timelines.- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for continuous project staffing.- Conduct verification, documentation, and joining formalities. 2. HR Operations & Administration- Handle daily HR operations at the Panjim site.- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.- Address employee queries and provide HR support.- Ensure adherence to HR policies and company guidelines. 3. Attendance & Payroll Coordination- Manage daily attendance tracking.- Compile monthly attendance and share within timelines.- Coordinate with payroll for accurate salary processing.- Maintain leave records and resolve attendance issues. 4. Compliance & Reporting- Support labor law and workforce compliance.- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and manpower updates.- Ensure accurate submission of HR data to corporate teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.- 1–3 years of HR/recruitment experience. - Preferred experience recruiting ITI/Electrical profiles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and HR systems. - Ability to work independently on-site.
