Key Responsibilities of an HR Executive:

• Talent Acquisition: Managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Compensation and Benefits: Overseeing payroll, benefits administration, and compensation structures.
• Policy Development and Implementation: Creating and updating HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with legal requirements and company objectives.
• Performance Management: Implementing performance appraisal systems and providing feedback to employees.
• Training and Development: Developing and coordinating training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Employee Engagement: Implementing initiatives to improve employee morale and engagement.
• HR Strategy: Developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's overall business goals.
• Data Management: Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Budget Management: Managing the HR department's budget, including recruitment costs and training expenses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
