Key Responsibilities of an HR Executive:

Talent Acquisition: Managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
Compensation and Benefits: Overseeing payroll, benefits administration, and compensation structures.
Policy Development and Implementation: Creating and updating HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with legal requirements and company objectives.
Performance Management: Implementing performance appraisal systems and providing feedback to employees.
Training and Development: Developing and coordinating training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Employee Engagement: Implementing initiatives to improve employee morale and engagement.
HR Strategy: Developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's overall business goals.
Data Management: Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
Budget Management: Managing the HR department's budget, including recruitment costs and training expenses.
