HR Executive

As an HR Executive, your role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records and HR databases, handling employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions. Additionally, you will support performance management and appraisal processes, conduct training and development programs, and manage employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities. Your duties will also include drafting and updating HR policies, offer letters, and other official documents, overseeing exit formalities and full & final settlements, as well as coordinating with management on strategic HR initiatives.
