Job Description

Objective of the Role:

To assist in all HR activities under the guidance of department Head to achieve departments targets.

 

Major Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment
  • Maintaining MIS and preparing various required Reports and presentations.
  • Assisting in drafting HR policies, job descriptions.
  • Preparing various forms and documents related to HR.
  • Giving Support in payroll processing by gathering and verifying required data.
  • Conduct research on HR trends and best practices.

Technical Skill Set Required:

  • Good knowledge of Human Resource Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Impactful presentation skill using tool like MS-Power point Presentation.

Behavioural Skill Set Required:

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
