· Handling employee attendance, payroll and full & final settlement.
· Implementing performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations).
· Monitoring HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with policies.
· Manage employee grievances.
· Measure and track employee retention and turnover rates.
· Oversee daily HR operations of the Units.
· Hiring/ recruitment of Manpower requirements of the units.
· Computation of monthly wages and remuneration including compliance of PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Law etc.
· Maintenance of statutory registers, quarterly and yearly returns of labour department and health cards of food handlers.
Education:
· Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
· HR: 2 year (Preferred)
· Payroll management: Experience of 2 years using IDine software
