Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linked Inn and Google My Business.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Collaborate with internal teams and multiple departments.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and conversion funnels.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant aggregators operations (Zomato and Swiggy).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in a digital marketing or similar role in Hospitality industry
• Experience in setting up and optimizing social media advertising and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, and content marketing principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
