HR Executive

As an HR Executive in our company, your role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records and HR databases efficiently. Additionally, you will handle employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions with care. Supporting performance management and appraisal processes will also be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting training and development programs - Managing employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities - Drafting and updating HR policies, offer letters, and other official documents - Overseeing exit formalities and full & final settlements - Coordinating with management on strategic HR initiatives Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role - In-depth knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and statutory compliances - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Proficiency in MS Office - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, our company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, health insurance, and internet reimbursement.
