Job Description

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage offer rollouts
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires

2. Performance Management

  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles (quarterly/half-yearly/annual)
  • Track individual and team KPIs in alignment with company objectives
  • Support managers in goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes
  • Maintain performance documentation and appraisal records
  • Assist in identifying training and development needs based on performance outcomes

3. Payroll & HR Operations

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, and salary revisions
  • Coordinate with finance/accounts for payroll validation and disbursement
  • Handle payroll-related employee queries and clarifications
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc. if applicable)
  • Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations
  • Strong experience in recruitment and payroll processing
  • Working knowledge of performance management frameworks
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR tools/software
  • Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality handling

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HRMS or payroll systems
  • Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines
  • Experience working in a growing or mid-sized organization
