Digital Marketing Executive

startup environment

Remote option would be considered for right candiate

Key Responsibilities

Performance & Paid Marketing (High Priority)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize

    Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads

  • Manage ad budgets with focus on

    ROI, CPA, ROAS, and conversions

  • Test creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages
  • Track daily performance and optimize campaigns

Social Media & Content Promotion

  • Manage and grow social media platforms (

    Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.

    )
  • Promote

    Reels, Shorts, videos, and creatives

    in collaboration with designers
  • Identify trending content formats and engagement opportunities
  • Support influencer and collaboration campaigns (if required)

SEO & Organic Growth (Basic to Intermediate)

  • Perform keyword research for products and categories
  • Optimize website pages, product listings, and blog content
  • Improve search visibility through on-page SEO best practices
  • Track rankings and organic performance

Website & Conversion Optimization

  • Work closely with the web designer to improve

    landing pages and conversion rates

  • Monitor website analytics to identify drop-offs and improvement areas
  • Suggest offers, banners, and promotions to improve sales

Analytics, Reporting & Insights

  • Track performance using

    Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager

  • Prepare simple weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Provide actionable insights to improve traffic, engagement, and conversions

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Coordinate with

    graphic designers, video editors, and web developers

  • Align marketing activities with product launches, festivals, and promotions
  • Support export and B2B marketing initiatives if required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Skills (Must-Have)

  • Hands-on experience with

    Meta Ads and Google Ads

  • Strong understanding of

    digital funnels and conversion optimization

  • Knowledge of

    SEO fundamentals and keyword research

  • Experience with

    Google Analytics and basic reporting

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Tools & Platforms (Preferred)

  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Ads
  • Google Analytics & Search Console
  • Shopify / eCommerce platforms (preferred)
  • Canva / basic creative tools (bonus)

Experience Requirements

  • 27 years of experience in

    Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing

  • Experience working with

    eCommerce or D2C brands

    preferred
  • Proven record of driving

    traffic and sales
