Creative Designer

This role plays a key part in building brand identity, driving engagement, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives through visually compelling content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design

• Create engaging

  graphics for websites, eCommerce platforms, social media, ads, banners, flyers, and promotions

• Design

  product creatives, posters, thumbnails, brochures, catalogs, and brand assets

• Maintain brand consistency across all designs
  
• Work on packaging, labels, and visual merchandising assets (if required)
  

2. Video Editing & Content Creation

• Edit high-quality videos for

  social media, websites, ads, and marketing campaigns

• Create

  short-form videos

  (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) optimized for engagement
• Add effects, transitions, music, captions, subtitles, and branding
  
• Convert raw footage into polished, professional content
  

3. Reels & Short-Form Video Creation

• Plan, create, and edit

  Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and TikTok videos

• Stay updated with

  trending audios, formats, hooks, and content styles

• Optimize videos for

  reach, engagement, and conversions

• Collaborate with marketing teams on

  campaign-based reel strategies

4. AI Video Creation & Automation

• Use

  AI tools

  to create videos, animations, voiceovers, and visual effects
• Generate AI-based videos using tools like

  Runway, Pika, Synthesia, HeyGen, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL•E, etc.

• Experiment with AI-driven storytelling, motion graphics, and avatars
  
• Improve productivity and creativity using AI workflows
  

5. Creative Strategy & Collaboration

• Collaborate with marketing, eCommerce, and branding teams
  
• Understand campaign goals and translate them into visual content
  
• Suggest

  creative ideas, formats, and concepts

• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Skills

• Strong skills in

  Graphic Design & Video Editing

• Experience creating

  short-form social media content (Reels / Shorts)

• Hands-on experience with

  AI video and design tools

• Strong sense of

  visual storytelling, composition, and color

• Understanding of

  social media algorithms and trends

Tools & Software (Must-Have or Preferred)

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
  
• Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
  
• Canva (advanced usage)
  
• AI tools: Runway, Pika, HeyGen, Synthesia, Firefly, Midjourney, etc.
  
• CapCut / InShot (for reels)
  

Experience Requirements

• 25 years of experience in

  graphic design and video editing

• Proven experience creating

  reels and social media content

• Portfolio showcasing

  designs, videos, and reels

  (mandatory)
