Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for open positions.
Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new employees.
Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT Service & Consulting industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
