Position Title: Human Resources Executive / Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team. The HR Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring smooth operations of HR functions, and contributing to the company’s culture and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding).
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with company goals.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
• Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Conduct training & development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Support performance management system (appraisals, feedback, KPIs).
• Maintain HR records, employee database, and prepare HR reports.
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR (Executive/Officer/Manager role).
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/ATS preferred).

Pay: ₹9,259.50 - ₹32,729.75 per month
