Job Description: Sales Manager/Sales Coordinator Location : Delhi Salary - 60k-70k Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: o Identify and target new corporate clients for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) services. o Proactively approach potential corporate clients and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. o Meet and exceed sales targets by converting inquiries into successful bookings. o Build and nurture relationships with key corporate decision-makers. Client Relationship Management: o Maintain regular communication with existing clients to understand their business needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectives. o Offer personalized solutions to clients for MICE events and ensure customer satisfaction. o Resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring long-term loyalty and repeat business. Market Analysis: o Conduct market research to understand the MICE trends, competition, and opportunities within the corporate sector. o Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the market. Event Coordination and Support: o Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless execution of MICE events, including site visits, event setup, and on-site coordination. o Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the event experience and encourage repeat business. Reporting & Administration: o Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports and performance analysis to the senior management. o Maintain accurate records of client communications, inquiries, and sales activities in the CRM system. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: o Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in MICE corporate field sales or related sales roles within the hospitality, events, or tourism industry. o Proven track record of generating corporate sales and meeting sales targets. Education: o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Key Skills: o Strong communication and negotiation skills. o Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. o Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. o In-depth knowledge of the MICE industry, trends, and competition. o Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being part of a team.
