Job Opening: Technical Support Executive – BPO Industry
Are you a tech-savvy professional with excellent communication skills?
We are hiring Technical Support Executives with prior experience (6 months to 1 year) in the BPO sector.
Job Title: Technical Support Executive
Industry: BPO / Call Center / Customer Support
Location: Mansarovar,Jaipur
Experience Required: 6 Months to 1 Year (Mandatory)
Work Mode: On-site
Shift Timings: Rotational shifts
Travel Allowances will be provided
Job Responsibilities:
Handle technical queries from international/domestic customers through calls, chats, or emails.
Identify, analyze, and resolve hardware/software-related issues.
Guide users step-by-step through troubleshooting processes.
Escalate unresolved cases to higher-level support teams.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-up actions.
Deliver excellent customer experience and build rapport with users.
Meet performance metrics including resolution time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a technical support role in the BPO industry.
Fluent English communication skills – both verbal and written.
Strong technical knowledge in computer systems, networking, and applications.
Ability to handle pressure and work in fast-paced environments.
Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn continuously.
Must be flexible for night shifts and rotational week-offs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
