IME Manager (Industrial, Mechanical & Electrical) Location: Ajmer, Bhilwara and Udaipur Experience: 2+ years Our other requirements are : 1. Experience : minimum of 3 years in telecom Operations & Maintenance work / having handled > 1500 sites for at least 1 years 2. Education : at least a Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering 3. Languages known at least Hindi ( spoken should be at least 7/10 ) & English ( at least written should be 7/10 ) 4. Past working areas preferred : North India including MP & excluding Gujarat 5. Computer knowledge – average of at least 7 to 8 marks/10 , should know how to use Advance Excel etc. Here's a breakdown of their key roles and responsibilities: Key Roles and Responsibilities: * Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: o Lead the resolution of complex technical issues and network outages. o Develop and implement troubleshooting procedures and best practices. o Provide expert-level support to the O&M team. * Team Management and Development: o Manage and mentor a team of technical engineers and technicians. o Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback. o Identify training needs and facilitate technical skill development. * Project Management: o Plan and execute technical projects, such as network deployments and upgrades. o Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. o Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget * Vendor Management: o Evaluate and select vendors for technical equipment and services. o Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with contracts. o Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effectiveness. * Documentation and Reporting: o Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. 1 o Generate technical reports and provide updates to management. o Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. * Quality Assurance: o Establish and maintain quality control procedures for technical operations. o Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with standards. o Identify and implement process improvements.
