Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and campus drives
Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with department heads
Maintain and update recruitment reports and dashboards
Support onboarding and HR documentation activities
