Job Description – HR Executive / Officer
Organization: Bangalore Group of Institutions

Job Summary:
Bangalore Group of Institutions is seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment, strong communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employee management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions.
· Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment platforms.
· Conduct interviews and coordinate with respective departments for selection.
· Handle onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
· Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is updated.
· Implement and monitor HR policies and ensure statutory compliance.
· Support payroll, attendance, and leave management processes.
· Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary issues professionally.
· Organize training sessions and employee engagement activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· 1–2 years of HR experience (Minimum 2 years preferred).
· Strong knowledge of IT and Non-IT recruitment processes.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent English required).
· Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
· Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
