HR Executive (Recruitment)

Job Summary As an HR Executive (Recruitment) at our company located in Mansarovar, Jaipur, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with various tasks to ensure efficient talent management, employee relations, and HR operations. This position is ideal for individuals who are motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the sourcing and screening of resumes to identify potential candidates. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates. - Maintain and update candidate databases and job postings to ensure accurate information. - Support in organizing and conducting onboarding sessions for new hires to facilitate a smooth transition process. - Verify and collect employee documentation to maintain compliance with company policies. - Prepare HR-related reports and presentations to assist in decision-making processes. - Provide general administrative support to the HR team for efficient workflow. - Assist in the implementation of HR policies and guidelines to ensure consistency and fairness. - Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned to contribute to the overall HR objectives. - Conduct research and recommend improvements to HR processes and practices for continuous enhancement. This position is a full-time opportunity suitable for freshers with a qualification of any graduate or pursuing MBA. The salary range for this role is between 9k to 12k. Additionally, the benefits include life insurance, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift and requires in-person presence at the designated work location.
