HR Executive (Recruitment)

As an HR Executive (Recruitment & Operations) at Cubic Logics in Bangalore near Bommanahalli, Hosur Road, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT, Non-IT, and Campus Hiring roles. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and screening candidates from various job portals, conducting HR interviews, coordinating interview scheduling, handling offer rollouts and salary negotiations, as well as ensuring smooth onboarding and induction for new hires. You will also be responsible for overseeing the offboarding process, conducting exit interviews, and managing clearances. Additionally, you will drive Background Verification (BGV) processes with vendors, plan and execute employee engagement activities, organize fun events and team-building activities, and address employee concerns and grievances with empathy and timely escalation. As a key member of the HR team, you will assist in performance management processes, provide general HR administrative support, maintain employee records, and help implement company policies. We are looking for a passionate HR professional with 1-2 years of experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, proficiency in MS Office and HR systems, and exposure to HRMS and ATS.
