HR Executive (Recruitment cum operations)

As an HR Executive (Recruitment & Operations) at our Bangalore office near Bommanahalli, Hosur Road, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles, including Campus Hiring. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting HR interviews, coordinating interview schedules, managing offer rollouts and negotiations, conducting onboarding and induction sessions, facilitating offboarding processes, driving Background Verification processes, planning and implementing employee engagement activities, resolving employee grievances, supporting performance management, and providing HR administrative support. We highly prefer female candidates who are currently located in Bangalore for this role. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, campus hiring, HR operations, and employee engagement. You should possess strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems is required. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift timings from Monday to Friday. Benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund.
