Position: HR Executive (Fresher – 6 Months Experience)
Location: Mohali (On-Site)
Shift Timing: Day Shift | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team in Mohali. This is an on-site role for candidates who are passionate about learning HR operations and building a career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process — job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Support onboarding and exit formalities.
• Handle attendance, leaves, and other HR documentation.
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA in HR preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Must be an immediate joiner and currently based in Mohali.
