HR Executive (Recruitment) - Mangalore Office

Location : Urwa Market, Gandhinagar, Mangalore

We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented HR - Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will support the end-to-end hiring process, coordinate with clients and candidates, and help fulfill recruitment requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates using job portals, social media, and referrals
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients
• Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports
• Handle initial rounds of telephonic screening
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting jobs across platforms
• Follow up with selected candidates through onboarding

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment (internship experience also considered)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of hiring platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Ability to multitask and handle recruitment timelines
• Proficient in Ms-Office.
