Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Noida. The primary responsibility will be Talent Acquisition (TA), managing end-to-end recruitment to ensure timely and quality hiring. In addition, the role will involve secondary HR operations such as operations coordination, attendance management, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions effectively.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across multiple roles and functions.

Handle HR operations tasks such as attendance management, employee documentation, and operations coordination.

Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide regular hiring updates.

Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives as required.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of HR experience.

Strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes.

Good understanding of HR operations (attendance, documentation, coordination).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
