At IT World, we take great pride in being a renowned retail establishment that specializes in the sales of highly-regarded brands, including HP, Samsung, and Ray-Ban for sunglasses. Since our establishment in June 2003, we have expanded to 88 retail stores, strategically situated in key locations across major cities like Bangalore, Coimbatore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysore, Mumbai and Pune.

Designation: Human Resource (HR) Executive

Experience: 2 to 8 Years

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Exit:

• Acquiring the manpower needs from the management or departments and looking for candidates with the right skillset to match the job needs.
• Screening and fixing up interviews, offering them with appointment letters.
• Taking care of the joining formalities for the new Joiner, inducting them, providing with essential materials to work.
• Maintain proper database of employee’s attrition and recruitment.
• Conducting exit interview & exit formalities for the reliving employee and getting feedbacks.

Integration:

• Preparation of Integration calendar and Process for each event.
• Coming up with unique and effective integration activity ideas.
• Conduct events as per the calendar.
• Bring in a, culture of togetherness among the team.
• Plan for events prior by talking with all location HR.
• Making sure everyone is included in the event.

Operations:

• Formulating HR Process and reviewing the existing process for betterment.
• Maintaining employee attendance on a daily basis.
• Uploading employees’ details in portal and maintaining it.
• Supporting the Accounts team for Payroll.
• Collecting Asset details from stores, Individuals and updating the same in employee portal.
• Conducting Appraisal for all employees in a fair method and providing report to the management.
• Conducting 90 days review for the new joiners and submitting the analysis report to the management.
• Working along with Training Team for providing the participants with allowance or any other requirement.

Relationship Management

• Visiting the stores in their location once in a month and interacting with employees for any feedbacks.
• Communicating with everyone in the organisation to understand their challenges if any.
• Providing necessary measures for the employees with any sort of grievances by following the Employee grievance policy.
• Creating harassment free environment and responding to any such incidents by escalating it to the management immediately and taking actions towards it.

Salary: Rs. 25000 (Varies with Experience)

Location: Begumpet, Telangana.
