Job Description

Recruitment & Hiring: Identifying and recruiting suitable candidates, managing the interview and selection process, and completing the hiring process.
Onboarding & Orientation: Facilitating the integration of new employees into the company.
Training & Development: Overseeing programs for professional growth and skill enhancement.
Must have knowledge of Keka.
Employee Relations: Acting as a bridge between management and employees, handling concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
Workplace Culture: Maintaining a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
Performance Management: Overseeing performance appraisal systems and providing support for employee motivation and engagement.
Legal Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems.
Policy Development: Creating and updating company policies and procedures.
HR Strategy: Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
HR Analytics: Providing data-driven insights to support management decisions.
