Job Description

  • Recruitment & Hiring: Identifying and recruiting suitable candidates, managing the interview and selection process, and completing the hiring process.
  • Onboarding & Orientation: Facilitating the integration of new employees into the company.
  • Training & Development: Overseeing programs for professional growth and skill enhancement.
  • Must have knowledge of Keka.
  • Employee Relations: Acting as a bridge between management and employees, handling concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
  • Workplace Culture: Maintaining a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Overseeing performance appraisal systems and providing support for employee motivation and engagement.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems.
  • Policy Development: Creating and updating company policies and procedures.
  • HR Strategy: Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • HR Analytics: Providing data-driven insights to support management decisions.

Pay: ₹15,630.45 - ₹20,641.45 per month
