Job Description

Key responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.- Handling employee relations, grievance resolution, and conflict management.- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.- Managing payroll, attendance, and performance appraisal processes.- Conducting training and development programs for employees.- Maintaining employee records and preparing HR reports.- Assisting in creating a positive and engaging workplace culture.- Coordinating with management for workforce planning and HR strategies.Key Requirements:- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labor laws.- Experience in handling recruitment and employee engagement activities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office.
