About the Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with expertise in both static and motion design. Prior experience in the real estate or PropTech sector is preferred. You’ll work closely with our marketing and product teams to create visually impactful assets across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design high-quality creatives for digital campaigns, social media, websites, ads, brochures, and more
2. Create motion graphics for videos, reels, and presentations
3. Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop effective visual communication
4. Ensure brand consistency across all materials
5. Translate complex real estate information into visually appealing graphics and layouts
Requirements
1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (real estate/PropTech background is a plus)
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion design work
4. Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Skills
Basic video editing
UI/UX or web design
Familiarity with real estate marketing assets (site plans, floor plans, renders, etc.)
