Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven HR Executive / Sr. Executive to manage comprehensive HR operations in our manufacturing unit. The role involves expertise in payroll & time office management, compliance, manpower planning, worker relations, and advanced Excel-based data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly attendance, leave, and overtime data and share with the corporate team for payroll processing.

Administer biometric attendance and shift schedules.

Address worker grievances and ensure smooth manpower deployment.

Plan manpower needs and coordinate blue-collar hiring.

Ensure statutory compliance (Factories Act, PF, ESI, etc.).
-
Maintain up-to-date statutory reports and ensure readiness for audits and inspections by regulatory authorities
Educational Qualification:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related fields.
Diploma in Labour Laws / Industrial Relations (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 3–7 years in manufacturing / plant HR operations
Additional Skill

Strong understanding of manufacturing HR processes.

Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, IFERROR, Macros, Data Validation).

Proficiency in HRMS / payroll software.

In-depth statutory compliance knowledge.

Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to manage large workforce operations under strict timelines.
