Job Description: HR Executive

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR / MSW / Graduate with relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant & corporate roles (operators, supervisors, engineers, staff).
• Coordinate interviews, issue offer letters, appointment letters, and manage joining formalities.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.

HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain employee records, HR files, attendance, leave and shift data.
• Manage HRMS, biometric attendance, and payroll inputs.
• Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing and statutory deductions.

Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws

• Handle compliance related to PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, CLRA, etc.
• Liaise with labor department, inspectors, and external consultants.
• Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely filings.

Employee Relations & Welfare

• Address employee grievances and support discipline management.
• Assist in performance appraisal processes.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.

Training & Development

• Assist in organizing training programs (safety, skill development, induction).
• Maintain training records and reports.

HR Reporting & MIS

• Prepare HR MIS reports related to manpower, attrition, attendance, overtime, etc.
• Support HR audits and management reviews.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of labor laws & factory HR practices.
• Experience in manufacturing / packaging industry preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, Payroll systems.
• Ability to handle shop-floor workforce and contractors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
