Job Title: HR Executive
Job Summary:
The HR Executive plays a key role in managing recruitment and HR operations. This position is primarily responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent while also ensuring effective HR processes such as employee engagement, payroll coordination, training, and compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline using job portals, networking, referrals, and social media.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job requirements.
• Draft and post job descriptions/ads to attract suitable candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes.
HR Operations & Employee Relations
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate payroll inputs (attendance, leave, overtime) with the finance team.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Organize training sessions, workshops, and engagement activities.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, with strong focus on recruitment.
• Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ATS.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
