Job Description

As an HR professional, you will play a vital role in various aspects of human resources management. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with hiring managers to facilitate recruitment and talent acquisition processes, such as posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process. - Addressing employee queries, resolving workplace conflicts, and conducting exit interviews to ensure positive employee relations. - Assisting in policy development, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate employee records to uphold HR policies and compliance standards. - Supporting performance appraisal processes, developing improvement plans, and tracking employee performance metrics to contribute to effective performance management. - Identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness to enhance employee skills and knowledge. - Assisting employees with benefits inquiries and managing benefits programs to ensure effective benefits administration. - Generating HR reports, maintaining accurate HR databases, and contributing to data-driven decision-making through HR reporting. - Organizing engagement activities and fostering a positive work culture to enhance employee engagement. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of HR experience. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in HR software and MS Office. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. - Ability to maintain confidentiality.
