HR Executive

As a Human Resources Officer at our organization, you will play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Your responsibilities will include assisting in talent acquisition, conducting employee onboarding, administering compensation and benefit plans, maintaining employee records in compliance with legal requirements, supporting performance management processes, managing disciplinary and grievance issues, promoting HR programs for an efficient workplace, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, contributing to the development of HR policies, and coordinating employee engagement activities and internal communications. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an HR role. Familiarity with HR software, strong interpersonal and communication skills, knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, ability to handle data with confidentiality, and proficiency in MS Office tools are essential requirements. Additionally, possessing a professional certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR, industry-specific experience, and strong organizational and multitasking abilities are considered advantageous. This full-time position offers a work environment typically based in an office setting with standard hours, although occasional extended hours may be required depending on deadlines and events.
