Job Title: Restaurant Waiter Location: Mint Flower Restaurant, Sulthan Bathery, Wayanad Department: Food & Beverage Service Reports To: Restaurant Manager Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Job Summary: Mint Flower Restaurant is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Waiter to join our team in Sulthan Bathery. As a waiter, you will be the face of our service team, ensuring that every guest enjoys a welcoming and satisfying dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and seat guests in a warm, courteous manner Present menus, explain daily specials, and assist with menu selections Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly Serve dishes efficiently while ensuring presentation and order accuracy Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to customer concerns or special requests Handle billing using the POS system and assist with payment procedures Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth coordination Candidate Requirements: Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage but not mandatory Excellent communication and customer service skills Basic understanding of POS systems and billing Well-groomed and presentable appearance Ability to work under pressure and multitask during busy hours Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays Team player with a positive attitude Education: SSLC/Plus Two preferred Hospitality training or certification is a plus Benefits: Competitive salary with tip incentives Free staff meals during duty hours Uniform provided Friendly and supportive work environment Opportunities for growth and training within the restaurant To Apply: Walk in with your resume at Mint Flower Restaurant, Opp. Private Bus Stand, Sulthan Bathery, Wayanad.
