Responsibilities: Process and reconcile daily sales transactions, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments, invoices, and receipts. Assist in preparing and verifying financial documents, such as invoices, bills, and bank statements. Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable statements, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner. Assist in monitoring inventory levels and reconciling stock records with sales data. Provide support during audits by gathering relevant financial documents and assisting auditors as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the retail industry. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
