Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes, including recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. Working closely with senior management, you will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business strategy, managing the recruitment and selection process, overseeing employee onboarding, training, and development programs. You will also handle employee relations issues, ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies, and provide guidance and support to both management and employees on HR-related matters. To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in Manpower Maintenance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, and proficiency in Hindi is mandatory. This position is open only to female candidates and preferred candidates from Sheela Nagar, Gajuwaka, NAD. If you meet the qualifications and are looking for a Full-time position in a Day shift, possessing 1 year of HR experience is preferred. Fluency in English is preferred as well.
