Role Overview: You will be joining the Human Resources team as a Human Resource Executive at Deftsoft, a leading IT solutions provider based in Mohali, Punjab. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around assisting in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role is perfect for individuals with up to 2 years of experience looking to establish a strong foundation in HR within the IT industry. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and onboarding. - Maintain employee records and ensure the HR databases are kept up to date. - Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities. - Address employee queries and provide assistance with HR-related matters. - Aid in performance appraisal processes and maintain relevant documentation. - Ensure compliance with company policies and HR practices. - Coordinate training sessions, induction programs, and exit formalities. - Collaborate with different departments for HR operations and documentation. Qualifications Required: - 0-2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the IT or tech industry. - Strong understanding of recruitment and HR best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software such as Zoho People and Excel. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. - Educational qualification: MBA in HR, BBA, or equivalent degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. Certification or internship experience in HR functions is a plus.
