Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding formalities.
  • Conduct employee orientation and induction programs.

2. Employee Records & HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee files, HR databases, and HRMS.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Prepare HR letters (confirmation, transfer, experience, etc.).

3. Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies.
  • Support audits and statutory filings.

4. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
  • Handle employee queries and grievances at the first level.
  • Support initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

5. Training & Development

  • Coordinate training programs and maintain records.
  • Track employee performance appraisal process.

6. General HR Support

  • Support HR projects, surveys, and initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HRMS software and HR best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

  • English (Preferred)
