What you’ll be up to: Be the Go-To – Tackle day-to-day HR queries like a pro and keep things running smoothly. Keep the Team Organized – Maintain spotless HR records and employee databases Spark Engagement – Dream up and drive fun, meaningful employee activities that bring people together. Hire Like a Boss – From job posts to onboarding, you’ll own the hiring journey from start to finish. Track the Time – Handle attendance, leave, and payroll data. Crew Connector – Sync with production teams to plan manpower and crew schedules that hit every deadline.
Requirements: Educational Qualification: MAHRM, PGDM(HR) or equivalent postgraduate degree specializing in Human Resources. Skills: Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills Strong Leadership & Commanding Presence Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) HR Tools & Labor Law Knowledge Multi-tasking & Time

Pay: ₹9,240.58 - ₹35,023.44 per month
