1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition ● Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding. ● Collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles and develop sourcing strategies. ● Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment dashboards. ● Coordinate with third-party recruitment partners and placement agencies. 2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management ● Conduct employee orientation and ensure proper documentation. ● Maintain employee records, contracts, and internal HR databases. ● Track probation periods, confirmations, and exits with timely reporting. 3. Office Operations & Administration ● Oversee day-to-day office functions (cleanliness, supplies, IT coordination, vendor management). ● Maintain administrative logs: bills, courier, inventory, and petty cash. ● Coordinate logistics for meetings, interviews, and company events. 4. Attendance, Compliance & HR Systems ● Monitor attendance, leaves, and monthly inputs for payroll. ● Support statutory compliance requirements like PF, ESIC, and labor law norms. ● Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and administrative protocols. 5. Engagement & Culture Building ● Assist in organizing internal events, birthday celebrations, and employee engagement activities. ● Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns. ● Foster a positive, productive, and inclusive office culture.
