The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of HR operations, and the ability to handle end-to-end HR activities. Responsibilities Manage recruitment: screening, interviewing, and onboarding Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation Assist in payroll coordination and statutory compliance Handle employee engagement and grievance management Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation Support performance management and training activities Ensure smooth communication between employees and management Qualifications Bachelor’s degree / MBA in HR 1–3 years of HR experience (Freshers with strong skills may be considered) Good communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of HR policies, MS Office, and basic labour laws Ability to multitask and work independently Salary Competitive and based on experience.
