Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensure compliance with labor laws applicable to construction sites (e.g., BOCW Act, CLRA, EPF, ESIC, etc.).
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure their compliance with labor regulations.
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
Maintain employee records and handle documentation for HR processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on compliance and recruitment.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and audit documentation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
