Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage payroll, salary calculation and good knowledge about PF & ESIC portal
Generation of monthly PF & ESIC challans and enrollment of new employee of PF & ESIC.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Oversee HR systems and databases to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to leadership.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree or HR certification).
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive role.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases (e.g., HRIS).
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High degree of professionalism and integrity.
