Market Research: Stay informed about real estate market trends. CRM Management: Maintain accurate client records. Collaboration: Work with Pre-Sales and Sales teams on sales strategies. Sales Support: Assist in tailoring solutions to client needs. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong client relationships. Site Visits: Coordinate and conduct property tours. Follow-Up: Keep prospective clients engaged and informed. Key Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in real estate. Education: Graduates only. Communication Skills: Strong presentation and communication abilities. Market Knowledge: Understanding of local real estate market trends and regulations. Problem Solving: Analytical skills to identify and address client needs. Documentation Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
