We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The HR Executive will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, training and development, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about HR practices and able to contribute to building a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate onboarding processes including documentation, orientation, and induction programs. HR Operations: Maintain employee records in HRMS and physical files. Handle HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and exit formalities. Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance data and leave records. Employee Engagement & Relations: Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities. Address employee queries regarding HR policies and processes. Performance Management: Assist in organizing performance appraisals and maintaining performance records. Coordinate training and development programs. Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Support audits and legal/statutory requirements as needed.
