Job Description

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Managing the entire recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding. Employee Relations: Handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions while promoting a positive workplace environment. Compensation & Benefits: Designing and administering competitive compensation and benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and payroll. Training & Development: Coordinating and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge and creating development plans. Performance Management: Overseeing the performance review process, including goal setting, evaluations, and providing feedback for growth. Policy & Compliance: Developing, updating, and implementing HR policies while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Record Maintenance: Maintaining accurate and detailed employee records and generating HR reports. Onboarding & Offboarding: Managing the onboarding process for new hires and conducting proper exit procedures for departing employees. HR Strategy: Contributing to strategic HR planning to support organizational growth and achieve business objectives. Essential Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detailed-oriented and organized approach to managing multiple tasks. Proficiency in HR software and technology. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
