Responsibilities:


  • Employee Engagement & Relations


  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.


  • Support employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.


  • Contribute to fostering a positive organizational culture aligned with the company’s core values.


  • Support training sessions on company policies, compliance, and best practices.


  • Collect and analyze employee feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.


  • Administration


  • Oversee office operations, including supplies management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.


  • Coordinate with IT for any support and coordination efforts.


  • Inventory management for the organization across locations.


  • Ensure a safe, clean, and productive work environment for all employees.


  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and other activities.


  • CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)


  • Support the development and execution of CSR initiatives aligned with the company’s values and mission.


  • Help organize volunteer programs, charity events, and sustainability projects.


  • Promote a culture of social responsibility and community involvement.


  • HR Operations


  • Assist in managing HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and cross-functional collaboration.


  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.


  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.


  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.


  • Recruitment


  • Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.


  • Help build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.


Must Have:


  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or a similar role.


  • MBA in HR is an added advantage.


  • Passion for employee engagement, culture building, and CSR initiatives.


  • Basic knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.


  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.


  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with excellent time management.


  • Team player with a results-driven approach.
