Job Description

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance activities. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to people and process management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support attendance management and performance tracking activities.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and address employee concerns.
• Coordinate with management for HR operations, reporting, and policy implementation.

• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience may apply.
• Willingness to work in night shifts.
• Only female candidates are eligible for this role.

• Salary and Benefits
• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 (based on interview performance)
