Role: Handles recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and overall HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Shortlist resumes, schedule interviews, and manage new employee onboarding.Payroll & Attendance: Maintain attendance records, process payroll, and manage leave requests.Employee Relations & Compliance: Handle employee queries, resolve conflicts, and ensure company policies follow labor laws.HR Records & Documentation: Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR reports.Training & Development: Organize training sessions and track employee performance improvements.Exit Process: Manage resignations, conduct exit interviews, and handle full & final settlements.
Educational background: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business
4- 5 years of experience in HR preferably in similar industryExperience with HRIS (Human Resource Information system), receuiitment software and performance management tools
Skills Required: Organised
Good time management skillsStrong communication & interpersonal skills.Knowledge of HR policies, payroll, and labor lawsProficiency is MS Office, Excel, Spreadsheet
Reports To: Business Owner.
