Job Description

As an HR Executive at Dr Meharwade's Eye Hospital, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Recruitment & Onboarding: - Shortlist resumes, schedule interviews, and manage new employee onboarding. - Employee Relations & Compliance: - Handle employee queries, resolve conflicts, and ensure company policies follow labor laws. - HR Records & Documentation: - Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR reports. - Training & Development: - Organize training sessions and track employee performance improvements. - Exit Process: - Manage resignations, conduct exit interviews, and handle full & final settlements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR or Business. - 4-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry. - Experience with HRIS, recruitment software, and performance management tools. In addition to the above responsibilities, you are expected to be organized, possess good time management skills, and have strong communication & interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Spreadsheet is also necessary. Reports To: Business Owner. Please note that the job is available in both Full-time and Part-time capacities, with the requirement of a Bachelor's degree as mandatory. The preferred language skills include Kannada and English, and the work location is in-person at Gadag, Karnataka.
