Job Overview: Codigo Mantra is looking for an experienced and driven HR Executive to join our fast-growing tech startup. This is an executive-level role ideal for someone with solid experience in end-to-end recruitment who is ready to take ownership of the hiring function and contribute to our vibrant workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (70–80%) Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — from drafting job descriptions to onboarding Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and in-person interviews Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers Handle offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) Employee Engagement & Culture (10–15%) Assist with organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives Promote and support a positive and inclusive work culture HR Operations & Documentation (10–15%) Maintain employee records and HR documentation Monitor attendance, leave management, and compliance with company policies Support day-to-day HR administrative activities Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 2.5 years of experience in an HR role with a core focus on recruitment Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to handle multiple hiring pipelines independently Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a tech/startup environment Knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices Why Join Us?
